Technology Process:

Crude oil is pumped into the oil refining pot for degumming and neutralization. When the oil and Gleditsia sinensis have been separated obviously and sunk rapidly, they should be placed steadily without any stirring. and been suck out the upper boiled oil into the washing tank. The Gleditsia sinensis are pumped into the Gleditsia sinensis tank from the bottom of the empty tube. Stop putting more Gleditsia sinensis when they are sucked by more oil. The remaining oil will be mixed into the next refining tank continuously. The boiled oil will be transferred from the refining tank, and put into the decolorizing tank for adsorption and decolorization after washing.

The decolorized oil is pumped into the deaerator at a constant flow rate, and the oil flow rate is regulated by a flowmeter. The oil is ejected from the nozzles of the feed pipe in the deaerator, meanwhile, a small amount of air infiltrated into the oil is released under high vacuum of about 3mmHg pressure. The oil comes out of the gas separator and is pumped into the oil-oil heat exchanger for heat exchange with the hot oil coming out of the deodorization tower, and is heated above 180℃. From the oil-oil heat exchanger, the oil flows into the heat-conducting oil heater and is heated up to 260℃. The heat-conducting oil is heated up to 290℃ in the heat-conducting oil furnace and it is recycled in the whole process. The hot oil to be deodorized enters the combined deodorization tower from the heat-conducting oil heater, and then enters the plate-type deodorization section for deodorization and thermal decolorization through fatty acids and other relatively volatile odor substances are extracted by direct steam in the stuffing section.When the oil of low acid value or low demand for finished oleic acid value is processing, it can directly enter the plate-type deodorization section for deodorization and thermal decolorization without the stuffing section. Deacidification and deodorization are operated in vacuum of high temperature and 3mmHg pressure. The vacuum is generated and maintained by a vacuum pump system of four-grade qualification. The oil is discharged from the combined deodorization tower after deacidification and deodorization, and it’s pumped into the heat exchanger for heat-exchange with the oil to be deodorized. When the oil temperature drops below 70℃ after water-cooling in the cooler, the oil will be safely filtrated by the fine filter, and then put into the storage tank of product oil.

The deodorized tea seed oil, rice bran oil, corn germ oil and other oils with high fat (wax) content should be further dewaxed and defatted.
