Characteristics and operation process of stainless steel refining machine setIssuing time:2021-02-04 11:55 Characteristics: 1. Made of food grade stainless steel, polished treatment, meet with the standard of national food machinery. 2. Simple design, exquisite appearance, improve customer satisfaction. 3. Easy to operate and safe to use.The operation data are all displayed by the instrument, Once telephone training, common staff can work on the computer. 4. Realize dephosphorization, dealkalization and dehydration of oil products, and also decolorize at constant temperature according to the needs of users Operation Process: Crude Oil -- Degumming (water washing) -- Deacidification (alkali refining) -- Decolorization (clay adsorption) -- Dehydration (heating and drying) --Product Oil The small refining equipment is used for the hydration, degumming, deacidification, decolorization and deodorization of crude oil (peanut oil, rapeseed oil, tea seed oil, soybean oil, sunflower seed oil, linseed oil, walnut oil, sesame oil, etc.) by heating and stirring. 1. Hydrated Degumming. It’s a degumming method that uses the hydrophilicity of gel soluble impurities such as phospholipids to add a certain amount of water or electrolyte dilute solution to crude oil under stirring, so that the gel soluble impurities in crude oil can be absorbed in water, expanded, condensed and separated out. In the process of hydration and degumming, phospholipids are the main substances that can be coagulated and precipitated. In addition, there are proteins, mucus and trace metal ions that combine with phospholipids, etc. 2. Deacidification by Alkali Refining. Crude oil without refining contains a certain amount of free fatty acids. The process of removing free fatty acids from oil is called deacidification. Deacidification methods include alkali refining, distillation, solvent extraction and esterification, etc. Alkali refining and steam distillation are applied in industrial production( also called Physical refining). 3. Oil Decolorization. Oil adsorption decolorization is the use of some substances (such as bleaching soil, activated clay, activated carbon, etc.) with strong selective adsorption of pigment, under certain conditions, to adsorb pigment and other impurities in oil, so as to achieve the purpose of decolorization. The oil treated by adsorbent can not only improve the oil color and remove the gum, but also effectively remove some trace metal ions in the oil and some substances that can cause poisoning of hydrogenation catalyst, so as to provide good conditions for further refinement (hydrogenation and deodorization) of oil. 4. Oil Deodorization. Oil deodorization is a process of deodorization by steam distillation under high temperature and high vacuum conditions, and by the difference of volatilization between odor substances in oil and triglycerides. The principle of steam distillation (also known as stripping) deodorization is that the steam is saturated by volatile odor components through the oil containing odor components and vapor-liquid surface contact, and the steam escapes according to the ratio of its partial pressure, so as to achieve the purpose of deodorization. |
